Visibility in Mecharim is earned by the quality of your data, never by payment. This page is the binding version of that commitment — the one we point our customers, partners, and regulators to when they want to verify what we actually do.
Search engines ran on budgets. Marketplaces ran on buy-boxes. Social platforms ran on ad auctions. In every case, the best-funded ranker won, and the best-described business often lost. That model is over the moment an AI — not a human — is making the first call on who to talk to.
Agents do not respond to auctions. They reconcile sources, match intent, and verify evidence. The only way to reliably appear in their results is to be more accurately, more verifiably, and more precisely described than your alternatives. Paid placement, as a category, stops working at exactly the moment the decision-maker is a model.
Mecharim is built on that assumption. This policy turns the assumption into a contract.
We do not sell ranking in MechaReg or MechaHub. No tier, no subscription, and no amount of spend buys a higher position in any result set.
We do not accept payment from third parties to promote, demote, or obscure any Origin, Crew, Mecha, Anchor, or Xenkey.
We do not run advertising placements that masquerade as organic results. There are no 'sponsored' rows inside MechaReg or inside MechaHub query responses.
We do not operate private ranking overrides. Every factor that influences how your business appears in a result is documented publicly and applies identically to every customer on every tier.
We treat our customers as partners, not inventory. We do not resell, license, or model-train on your Xenkeys to external parties without a contractual, case-by-case opt-in.
The following factors — and only these — affect how your business ranks in a MechaReg listing or a MechaHub query response. Mecharim's internal ranking models use these signals identically across every customer and every tier.
How completely your business is modeled: Origin → Base → Unit → Anchor → Xenkey. A richer, typed twin answers more questions more precisely.
Each Xenkey is atomic and unambiguous. Packed-together or vague claims lose to tightly-scoped ones, because an agent can act on precision.
Claims backed by verifiable documents, certifications, and hashed artefacts carry more weight than unsupported statements.
Xenkeys decay if they are not refreshed. A business that maintains its twin outranks a business that published once and never returned.
Every Xenkey is signed by a Crew. Signed, verifiable content outranks unsigned assertions by design.
Contradictions across a business's Xenkeys are penalised. Consistency is a first-class merit signal.
A Mecha marked as paid charges other parties for its work. That is a commercial relationship between a Mecha and its clients — it has zero effect on how the owning Origin, its Anchors, or any of its other Mechas rank in MechaReg or MechaHub results.
In other words: running a Paid Mecha is a way to earn on Mecharim, not a way to be found on Mecharim. We keep those two things strictly separate.
Code-level separation. The ranking subsystem has no read access to billing, account tier, or sales-pipeline data. This is enforced by network boundary, not just by policy.
Deterministic ranking API. For any given query and twin state, the ranker returns the same ordering. Per-query manual intervention is not supported.
Audit trail. Every ranking decision materialised to a customer is accompanied by the signals that produced it. Customers can query their own signals at any time. External auditors can be granted read access to the ranking audit on request.
Disclosure on violation. Any breach of this policy — by a Mecharim employee, contractor, or system bug — triggers a public disclosure within 30 days, including the scope, the cause, and the remediation.
Policy owner:Mecharim's Chief Executive Officer is accountable for compliance with this policy. Material changes require board approval and a new version number on this page.
If you believe a result you saw in MechaReg or MechaHub was influenced by anything other than the merit signals listed on this page, report it. We will investigate and, if confirmed, publish the outcome.
