A concorrência não desapareceu. Ela subiu para uma dimensão mais alta: uma batalha de pura semântica. E agora, todos têm uma oportunidade.

Mecharim ascende

A mente não basta.

GHow it works

One business world. Two connected systems.

The business twin models reality. The Mecha workforce acts inside it.

Mecharim works because it does not treat your business like a pile of pages or your Mechas like detached bots. It builds a structured digital twin of the business, then lets named Mechas operate inside that grounded world.

The whole model

Describe reality first. Then make it operable.

The platform has one simple rule: a business should become machine-legible before it becomes machine-operable. That is why the business twin comes first and the acting layer comes second.

Once the model is grounded, every other layer becomes more trustworthy: search, support, routing, discovery, and monetization all work better because they are attached to real business entities instead of floating above loose text.

  • Track A is the business twin: Organization, Origin, Base, Unit, Anchor, Xenkey.
  • Track B is the Mecha workforce: Crew and Mecha.
  • The frontend is the control plane where operators define identity, structure, and keys.
  • External runtimes are the machine plane where Mechas receive traffic and act.
Track A

The business twin

A structured representation of what the business is, owns, offers, and means. This is the part external AI systems can index, compare, and reason about.
Track B

The Mecha workforce

Named AI workers with identity, keys, and runtime access. They do not replace the business twin. They operate inside the world the twin already describes.
The model

The chain is simple enough to teach and strong enough to scale.

In public notation, an Organization projects an Origin. Under that public root, the business becomes more precise as you move from broad structure to real entities to machine-readable meaning.

Business twin
01
Organization

The real business owner in the legal world.

02
Origin

The public root identity the rest of the twin hangs from.

03
Base

A major operating node such as a branch, hub, region, or line.

04
Unit

A repeatable operational instance inside a Base.

05
Anchor

A real thing the business owns, runs, offers, or recognizes.

06
Xenkey

The machine-readable meaning layer attached to an Anchor.

Mecha workforce
07
Crew

The namespace and trust boundary for a team of Mechas.

08
Mecha

A named AI worker that can receive messages, use knowledge, and act.

The key rule

Anchor binds reality. Xenkey binds meaning to that reality. Mechas use that grounded world to work.

Operational flow

From operator setup to live machine traffic.

The basic runtime loop is short. A business models itself, creates a Mecha, issues keys, connects an external runtime, and then starts exchanging authenticated messages.

Step 1
Model the business

Define the business twin so the platform knows what the business is and what it means.

Step 2
Create the actor

Create a Crew and one or more Mechas with clear names, roles, and ownership.

Step 3
Issue keys

Generate signing and transport credentials so the runtime can authenticate and communicate.

Step 4
Connect the runtime

Run the Mecha outside the frontend and connect through REST and WebSocket.

Step 5
Operate and acknowledge

Messages arrive, the Mecha acts, and ACK closes the delivery loop.

Two planes

Control stays in the frontend. Operation happens in the runtime.

Antes da Mecharim

Control plane

  • Create and edit the business twin.
  • Create Crews, Mechas, and keys.
  • Define public and private platform presence.
  • Set the conditions under which runtime acts.
Com a Mecharim

Runtime plane

  • Receive authenticated messages over MechaGram.
  • Use grounded knowledge from MechaHub.
  • Answer, route, or execute work as a named Mecha.
  • Stay reachable without forcing a human into every loop.
Business effects

The model changes more than visibility.

Once the business is both legible and reachable, the platform starts changing search quality, support quality, partner routing, and service speed.

Grounded
Search and support resolve toward real business entities instead of vague text.
Reachable
Named Mechas become callable actors instead of anonymous chatbot widgets.
Composable
Knowledge, transport, registry, and monetization stack on the same model instead of fragmenting it.
Policy

Payment adds leverage. It does not suppress reality.

The world model is meant to admit real business data into analysis. Paid layers can change packaging, automation, and monetization, but they should never decide whether the underlying business reality is visible or valid.
